Important Security Information

We will never contact you asking for your Internet Banking User ID, password or security card details on the telephone or through an email under any circumstances. If you receive such requests, please do report this to us immediately. You may use as well the virtual keyboard when entering your username and password at the time of login.

  • Registration and Login
    • I am an existing customer, do I use my existing UserID and password to enter the application?
      • No, you would have to re-register using your ATM Card and PIN.
      • An OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered at the bank
      • Enter a new User ID and password
    • Am I required to use my old user ID when I re-register?
      • It is not a requirement to use your existing username when you reregister. You may wish to select a new username and you will still get your old data such as transfer beneficiaries and bills that you had setup anyways.
    • I am a new customer, how do I create a User ID?
      • You need to click on Create Account and enter your ATM Card details and PIN
      • An OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered at the bank
      • Enter a User ID and password
    • What is your username policy?
      • Minimum length is 6 alpha-numeric characters
    • I keep entering the wrong password when creating a user, what is your password policy?
      • Password must be at least 8 characters
      • Must contain at least one special character
      • Must contain at least one number
      • Must not contain more than 3 sequential numbers
      • Must not use past 3 passwords
    • I am having a difficulty registering, what could be the reason?
      • Your Debit Card status may not be active
      • Your Mobile Number is not registered at the bank
      • You are entering the incorrect PIN number
      • The internet on your computer or mobile phone is very slow
    • I try to open the link but I have difficulty viewing the page, what could the issue be (What are the supported browsers)?
      • This can be related to the browser you are using, our application is compatible with the below versions:

      • § Edge 40

    • Can I use both Alizz connect and Alizz digital at the same time?
      • No, the old application is no longer be available
    • I forgot my user ID password, how can I log in?
      • Click on “Forget Password” on the log in page
      • Enter your debit cards details and PIN
      • Enter the OTP that will be sent to the Mobile number registered to the bank
      • Enter new userID and password.
  • Accounts and Cards
    • Can I see a summary of all my accounts?
      • This can be viewed as soon as you login on your Dashboard.
    • Can I download my statement?
      • This can be done by clicking on accounts and cards then on the recent transaction you can choose to either download or save the statement through the relevant icons
    • I have many accounts, is there a way I can personalize them?
      • This can be done through “Nickname”. This option can be found once you have clicked Account and Card à More options icon à Edit details and set up the nickname.
    • Why do I have two balances in my account?
      • Current Balance is the full amount you have in your accounts including any blocked amount.
      • Available Balance is the amount you are able to transact with.
    • Can I see a list of all my cards?
      • Yes this can be found under the Accounts and Cards tab.
    • I have many cards, can I view the details of each one?
      • Yes, this can be done in the option show more information.
  • Pay Bill
    • I had a list of Billers in the old application, do I have to register them again?
      • No, you don’t. All the billers you had in the old application will be present on the new one.
    • How can I add a bill?
      • You click on Pay Bill à add
      • Fill in the necessary information
      • Click on Add and Validate
    • How do I pay a bill?
      • You click on Pay Bill
      • Click on the drop down list
      • Then select the account you would like to pay from
      • Pay the full amount or reduce it as required
      • Click Next, then Confirm
      • Enter the OTP that is sent to your Mobile number and email address
  • Transfers
    • I had a list of beneficiaries in the old application, do I have to register them again?
      • No, you don’t. All the beneficiaries you had in the old application will be present on the new one.
    • How can I add a Beneficiary?
      • You click on Transfers
      • The type of Beneficiary à add
      • Fill in the necessary information
      • Click on Add
    • How do I make a transfer?
      • You click on the tab of the transfer you want “Own Account”, ”Internal’, “Local Banks”
      • Choose the From Account
      • Choose the To account
      • Type in the amount
      • Click on Next, then Confirm
      • Enter the OTPthat is sent to your Mobile number and email address and confirm
  • Activity
    • How do I know if my transaction has completed successfully?
      • You can check the status of your transaction on the Activity tab. It will be placed under “Pending” or “Completed”
